These sandals had been completely submerged in salt water, and then sun-dried by the customer. Needless to say, they appeared to have been ruined, but, your company certainly rose to the occasion! Not only did NuShoe do a fantastic job with the refurbishing, but they did it in record time. The sandals were sent out to you on the thirteenth of June, and were back in my possession by Wednesday, the eighteenth!
