Convenient Mailing Bag

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: NuShoe provides shipping both to and from our repair facility using our postage-paid mailing bag. Simply place your shoes in the mailing bag and include in your outgoing mail. There is a $7/mailing bag charge for shipping and handling, which is included on the order form.

Q: I need my work order rushed, can you accommodate me?

A: All repairs are done on a first come first serve basis. However, if you have special needs, please contact our customer service staff and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate you.

Q: How can I insure my package?

A: Unfortunately, not every post-office will insure our postage-paid mailing bag. In this case, please pay the shipping and insurance and send in your shoes. If paying by check, you can subtract the shipping from your check. If paying by credit card, please enclose your receipt with your package and NuShoe will subtract the charge when processing your credit card.

Q: Can I put two pairs of shoes in one mailing packet?

A: You can put two pair of shoes in one packet. However for internal tracking purposes please fill out one information card for each pair of shoes.

Q: What if my shoes or boots do not fit in the mailing bag?

A: The mailing bags are designed to accommodate most pairs of shoes or boots. However, occasionally there may be a pair the will not fit. In this case please package the shoes or boots in a separate box, cut the shipping label from the bag and adhere it to the top of the box. NuShoe will still cover the postage.
